The IV Title of II Book corresponds to Work, it refers to the products of work and industry; to authors works and inventors discoveries. Chapter II refers to Literary Property; Chapter III to the Dramatic Property; Chapter IV to Artistic Property; Chapter V to the Rules to declare the falsification; and Chapter VI to the penalties for counterfeiting.
Chapter VI refers to General Dispositions on Intellectual Property.
Article 831 establishes that to obtain the property of a work it is necessary to to resort to the Department of Promotion in order that it legally recognizes the right over it.
