Notes:	The notification by Switzerland to the WTO under Article 63.2 of TRIPS states: 'This Ordinance replaces the Federal Decree on Wine Cultivation of June 19, 1992. It contains provisions relating to the appellation of origin (Art 10), registered appellation of origin (Art. 11) and indication of source (Art. 12), registration at Cantonal level and inclusion in the federal directory (Art. 13), and grading of grape harvest lots (Art. 14).'
