'Art. 1, 3 and 12 (adopted on 25 October 1995): amendments following the assumption by the Federal Institute for Intellectual Property on 1 January 1996 of the tasks of the Federal Office for Intellectual Property.'
'Art. 9: Safeguarding of industrial and business secrets in topography application files and the topographies register.'
