-This compilation of Australia’s Criminal Code consolidates the amendments to the primary Criminal Code Act (No. 12) of 1995 up to Act No. 50 of 31 May 2010 (prepared 7 June 2010 by the Office of Legislative Drafting and Publishing, Attorney-General’s Department, Canberra).
-Chapter 2 codifies the general principles of criminal responsibility that apply to any offence, including offences to intellectual property rights, as well as burdens of proof and jurisdiction.
-Chapter 5 (Part 2) defines offences relating to espionage and similar activities.
-Chapter 7 defines offences relating to property, fraud, and bribery.
