Notes:	The 1993 Political Constitution of Peru establishes a unitary, representative and decentralized government; organized by the principle of separation of powers. Recognizes a democratic, social, independent and sovereign Republic. Chapter I on human fundamental rights enshrines in Article 2, point 8, that everyone has the right of free intellectual, artistic, technical and scientific creation, as well as ownership of such creations and its products.
