-Act No. 517/2007 Coll., which entered into force on January 1, 2007

The notification by Slovakia to the WTO under article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'The respective amendments were adopted mainly to harmonize the Slovak intellectual property laws with relevant EC Directives.'
