Notes The notification by Australia to the WTO under article 63.2 of TRIPS states: 'Amend the Trade Marks Regulations 1995 to include Algeria, Bhutan, Serbia and Montenegro, Cambodia, Chinese Macau, Sao Tome and Surinam as Convention countries in Schedule 10 to the Regulations.'
