Notes:The Amendment Act substituted a new section 201 into the Act to provide that the Governor-General may by Order in Council apply any provision or provisions of Part 9 of the Copyright Act 1994 to any entity specified in the order (whether a state, part of a state, a territory for whose international relations a state is responsible, a political union, an international organisation, or any other entity.
