'The Order amends the 1996 Order by amending the names of some countries contained in the 1996 Order where circumstances have led to changes in their official name, and by adding a number of countries to the Order which have either recently acceded to the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property or have become Members of the WTO. The Explanatory Note to the Order provides more detail on the changes.'
