Year of Version 1975 Dates Entry into force: March 10, 1975 Promulgated: March 8, 1975 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Copyright and Related Rights (Neighboring Rights), Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes The notification by Italy to the WTO under article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'This Law affords to an author who has reached the age of 16 the capacity to carry out all legal acts relating to the works he has created and to carry out the acts deriving therefrom.'
