This consolidated version of Act on the Protection of Trademarks and Other Signs incorporates all the amendments up to Act of April 13, 2017, on Criminal Assets Recovery, which entered into force on July 1, 2017.
Article 6 of the said Act of April 13, 2017 amends § 143, paragraph 5, sentence 3 of this consolidated version.
The following details should be taken into consideration for this consolidated version:
- The amendments introduced by Article 15 of the Act of May 12, 2017, on the Implementation of the Directive on the Recognition of Professional Qualifications and Amendments to Other Regulations on Legal Professions, which entered into force on May 18, 2017 have been already incorporated into this consolidated version (see §96, paragraph 1 amended and § 96, paragraph 2 repealed by Article 15).
- The amendments introduced by Article 10 of the Act of October 10, 2013, on the Promotion of Electronic Legal Transactions with the Courts to § 95a, paragraph 1 of this consolidated version, which have been previously incorporated therein entered into force on January 1, 2018.
