This consolidated text of the Civil Procedure Code incorporates all the amendments up to Law No. 1847-VIII of February 9, 2017, on Amendments to the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine Regarding Cases with a Jury.
For the amendments introduced by the said Amending Law, which entered into force on March 11, 2017, see the following provisions:
- Section I, Chapter 3, Article 18;
- Section IV, Chapter 1, Article 234.
Article 151, paragraph 4 under Section III, Chapter 3 of this consolidated Code refers to the protection of intellectual property rights through civil proceedings.
