This consolidated text of Law of Ukraine No. 9/98-VR of January 13, 1998, on Cinematography incorporates all the amendments up to Law No. 1046-VIII of March 29, 2016, on Amendments to Article 15-1 of the Law on Cinematography, which entered into force on April 22, 2016.
The following provisions of this consolidated text of the Law on Cinematography provides for inter alia the copyright protection of cinematograph films:
- Section I, Articles 4 & 5;
- Section III, Article 13.
- Section IV, Article 19;
- Section V, Article 24.
