This consolidated version of the Law incorporates amendments up to Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 481-V of April 6, 2016, which came into force on April 19, 2016 (see Chapter 3, Article 15 of the consolidated version for the amendments).
The consolidated Law contains provisions relating to the functions of the Bodies of Justice in the implementation of state policies in the field of protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights (see Chapter 1, Article 3, item 7); and Chapter 3, Article 16, item 5), Article 21, Article 22-1 & Article 23, item 1, subitem 8), item 2).
