Notes The notification by the European Union to the WTO under Article 63.2 of TRIPS states: 'Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 1352/2013 creates standard form for application requesting that customs authorities take action with respect to goods suspected of infringing an intellectual property right (application) referred to in Article 6 of Regulation (EU) No. 608/2013 in order to ensure uniform application.'
Article 4 of the Regulation states that it shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. The Regulation was published on December 18, 2013 and, accordingly, entered into force on January 7, 2014.
