Year of Version 1995 Dates Adopted: April 2, 1971 Entry into force: April 1, 1971 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Industrial Designs Notes The notification by Finland to the WTO under Article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'The Decree contains more detailed provisions concerning the application and registration of designs, the priority date, the Design register and the publication of designs.'
