Die WTO-Mitteilung hält fest: 'Das Gesetz listet die restriktiven Bestimmungen in Bezug auf die Lizenzierung immaterieller Eigentumsrechte auf, die durch Gesetz oder durch Beschluss des Kartell-Gerichts verboten sind'.
