'This Regulation comprises the principles, rules and the requested qualifications for natural persons or legal entities who produce, retail, sell, rent or display the works of motion pictures, phonogram and sound recordings having license or the like to more than one person.'
This Regulation has been repealed by the Regulation No. 2006/10933 of August 28, 2006.

'Bu yönetmelik, ilke, kural ve üretimi, perakende, satış, kira veya, hareketli görüntüler, fonogram ve ses kayıtları lisans veya birden fazla kişi gibi eserler sergilemesi doğal veya tüzel kişiler için istenen nitelikleri kapsar'.
