| Meeting Title |  : Standing Committee on the Law of Patents : Thirteenth Session
The Committee will continue its work on various issues relating to patent law and the international patent system, as agreed at the Twelfth Session of the Committee, held in June 2008.
Invitations: As members, the States members of WIPO and/or of the Paris Union; as observers, other States; and as Permanent Observer and ad hoc observer organizations, certain organizations. : Comité permanent du droit des brevets : Treizième session
Le comité poursuivra ses travaux sur diverses questions relatives au droit des brevets et au système international des brevets, comme convenu lors de la douzième session du comité tenue en juin 2008.
Invitations: en qualité de membres, les États membres de l'OMPI ou de l'Union de Paris; en qualité d'observateurs, d'autres États; en qualité d'observatrices permanentes et d'organisations ayant le statut d'observateur ad hoc, certaines organisations.
