Accession contained the following declarations: "With respect to the provisions of the Vienna Agreement Establishing an International Classification of the Figurative Elements of Marks, the Republic of Peru states the following: 1. Regarding Article 11(3)(b), all amendments to Articles 7, 8, 9 and 11 of the said Agreement shall only enter into force for the Republic of Peru once it has notified the Director General of WIPO of its acceptance of them. 2. Regarding Article 4(5), the Republic of Peru reserves the right to not undertake to include the numbers of all of the sections in official documents and publications relating to registrations and renewals of marks. 3. Regarding Article 13(2), the said Agreement shall enter into force for the Republic of Peru two years after the date on which the Director General of WIPO has notified its accession."
