-Section 3(a), (5)(b)(1) on counterfeit drugs;
-Section 4(a), (c) & (e) on the prohibition of the sale of counterfeit drugs.

Section 14 of this Act states that it shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in at least two (2) national newspapers of general circulation.
