The Constitution does not contain provisions concerning the intellectual property rights (the primary rights including copyrights, trademarks, patents, industrial design rights and trade secrets). There are however a number of articles which recognize and guarantee the protection to the national values and cultural traditions, which are defined in the Preambule and Article 7 of the Constitution.
Furthermore, the Constitution guarantees protection to property in Article 15, which reads: 'No person shall be deprived of property except for public purposes and under the condition of a fair and prior compensation.'
