Notes The Traditional Drug Law aims to promote and develop traditional medicine and traditional drugs, to control and regulate the manufacture of traditional drugs and to protect customers from counterfeit drugs. The Law inter alia contains provisions on labelling and packaging and advertising of the traditional medicines (Chapter I, section 2, paragraphs (H) & (N); Chapter III, section 6, paragraph (d)).
