The Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China adopted on September 7, 1990, was amended for the first time in 1990, and for the second time in 2010.
This consolidated version of the Copyright Law incorporates the amendments up to the 'Decision of February 26, 2010, of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress on Amending the Copyright Law', which entered into force on April 1, 2010.
