Year of Version 2005 Dates Entry into force: August 25, 2005 Promulgated: May 20, 2005 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes The customs offices have the authority to inspect and seize goods that violate the intellectual property rights. They verify the quantity, types and origin of imported and exported goods prescribed in the license issued by relevant authorities.
