Notes The notification by Australia to the WTO under article 63.2 of TRIPS states: 'These Regulations amend the Trade Marks Regulations 1995 to alter the provision relating to voluntary removal of a person's name from the register. The change will ensure that the provisions in both the Trade Marks Regulations 1995 and the Patents Regulations 1991 are the same.'
