Details Details Year of Version 2021 Dates Published: February 25, 2021 Issued: February 23, 2021 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes This Decree establishes the methodology and criteria for calculating administrative fines imposed by INDECOPI for infringements within its jurisdiction. The framework applies to several intellectual property bodies, including those responsible for copyright, trademarks, inventions and new technologies, as well as the Specialized Chamber on Intellectual Property. The Annex contains detailed rules on the calculation of fines, aggravating and mitigating circumstances, and methods applicable to intellectual property infringement proceedings.
