This consolidated version of Law of Ukraine No. 3116-XII on Plant Varieties takes into account amendments up to "Law No. 2801-IX of December 1, 2022, on Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Ensuring the Conclusion of the Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union on Mutual Recognition of Qualified Electronic Trust Services and Implementation of European Union Legislation in the Field of Electronic Identification", which entered into force on diffeent dates.
The amendments introduced by Part I, paragraph 31 of said amending Law No. 2801-IX to the second paragraph of the fourth part of Article 29 of this consolidated version of Law on Plant Varieties entered into force on December 31, 2023.
