Paragraph 5 of the said amending Law No. 128-VII introduced amendments to the following provisions of this consolidated version (in force from December 11, 2022): 1) Paragraph 2 of Article 3-1, subparagraph 4). 2) the second sentence of the second part of subparagraph 3) of Article 5 (deleted). 3) The first part in paragraph 1 and paragraph 3 under Article 8, 4) The second part of paragraph 4, the first part of paragraph 5 under Article 10. 5) Article 20-2, paragraph 3, subparagraph 3). 6) Paragraph 3 of Article 22-3. 7) Articles 22-4 , 22-5 and 22-6. 8) Subparagraph 1) of paragraph 1 under Article 26.
