Article 2 of of the said amending Law No. 243-Z of January 9, 2023, which entered into force on November 13, 2023, introduced amendments to Articles 1, 5 to 8, 10, 13, 15, 17 to 19, 25 and 35 of this consolidated Law on Patents for Plant Varieties (that subsequently makes this consolidated Law amended up to November 13, 2023).
