This consolidated version of Law No. 262-Z of May 17, 2011, on Copyright and Related Rights takes into account amendments up to "Law No. 243-Z of January 9, 2023, on Amendments to Laws on Legal Protection of Intellectual Property", which was published on January 12, 2023, in the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus, and entered into force on different dates.
Paragraphs 4-5 and 13 of Article of the said amending Law No. 243-Z of January 9, 2023 introduced amendments to this consolidated version, which entered into force on January 13, 2023.
Paragraphs 1 - 3, 6 - 12, 14 of Article 6 of the said amending Law introduced amendments to this consolidated version, which entered into force on November 13, 2023.
