This consolidated version of the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 339 of May 19, 2008, on State Fees for Legal Protection of Topographies of Semiconductor Products incorporates amendments introduced by the "Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 962 of September 24, 2013, on Amendments to Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 339 of May 19, 2008", which entered into force on January 1, 2014. The said consolidated version of the Regulations No. 339 were repealed and expired on January 1, 2016, by the Law of November 11, 2015, on Amendments to Law on Protection Topographies of Semiconductor Products.
