This consolidated version of the Law on Scientific Activity takes into account amendments up to the "Law of July 14, 2022, on Amendments to the Law on Scientific Activity", which entered into force on July 29, 2022; except for some other provisions that entered into force on September 1, 2022.
A new paragraph 39 was added to the Transitional Provisions of the Law on Scientific Activity as referred into in Section 19 of the said amending Law of July 14, 2022 entered into force on September 2, 2022, and are incorporated into this consolidated version.
The newly added paragraph 39 under the Transitional Provisions refers to the amendments made by the said amending Law of July 14. 2022 to Section 24, paragraph (2), Section 26, paragraph (2), and Section 42, paragraph (2), clause 9 of this consolidated version.
