Year of Version 2022 Dates Entry into force: December 29, 2022 Adopted: December 1, 2022 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Geographical Indications Notes Paragraph 1 under Section VII (Final and Transitional Provisions) of Law of Ukraine No. 2800-IX of December 1, 2022, on the Geographical Indications of Spirit Drinks states that such Law entered into force on December 29, 2022, on the day following the date of its publication (December 28, 2022) and shall be enforced on December 29, 2024, two years after its entry into force; except for other provisions as referred into the said paragraph 1 of Section VII.
