Section 23, paragraph (2) (in force on November 1, 2022) of the said amending Law "Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2022" provides repeal of section 38 under Part 7 of this Revised Edition 2022 of the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore Act 2001.
