This consolidated version of Law No. 1328/1998 on Copyright and Related Rights takes into account amendments introduced by "Law No. 4.046/2010 on Amendments to Article 4 of Law No. 1.462/1935 Establishing the Administrative Litigation Procedures", which entered into force on July 30, 2010.
This consolidated version does not include the amendments introduced by the following amending laws:
1) Law No. 5.247/2014 on Amendments to Articles 126 and 130 of Law No. 1.328/1998 on Copyright and Related Rights.
