Notes
This consolidated version of the Law on the Enforcement of the Legislation that Regulates Protection of Intellectual Property Rights (Official Gazette of Republic of Montenegro, No. 45/2005) takes into account amendments up to the "Law on Amendments to the Law on Legal Protection of Industrial Designs", which was published on July 11, 2016 in the Official Gazette of Republic of Montenegro, No. 42/2016, and entered into force on July 19, 2016.
Article 29 of the said amending Law added an Article 57a after Article 57 in the Law on the Protection of Industrial Designs that subsequently amends this consolidated version of the Law on the Enforcement of the Legislation that Regulates Protection of Intellectual Property Rights, which states that on the day of entry into force of the said amending Law, Articles 22, 23 and 26 paragraph 1, points 8 to 12 of the said consolidated version shall be explired.
