The Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 493 of July 28, 2023, was issued pursuant to the second paragraph of Article 8 of "Law No. 243-Z of January 9, 2023, on Amendments to Laws on Legal Protection of Intellectual Property" and the second paragraph of Article 9 of "Law No. 230-Z of December 30, 2022, on Amendments to Laws on Taxation Issues".
Resolution No. 493 of July 28, 2023, was published on August 2, 2023, in the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus, and entered into force on different dates.
- Paragraphs 57, 67, 69 and 70 of subparagraph 1.9 of paragraph 1 entered into force on August 3, 2023, on day after the official publication of the said Resolution (August 2, 2020).
Other provisions of the said Resolution entered into force from November 13, 2023.
