This consolidated version of Law No. 9.610 of February 19, 1998 (Law on Copyright and Neighboring Rights) takes into account amendments up to Provisional Measure No. 907 of November 26, 2019, which has been converted into Law No. 14.002 of May 22, 2020.
The said Provisional Measure No. 907 which entered into force on the day of its publication on November 26, 2019 introduced amendments to paragraphs § 3º and 9º of Article 68 under Chapter II, Title IV of this consolidated verison, which have been repealed and removed therefrom.
