This consolidated version of the Enforcement Decree of the Agricultural and Fishery Products Quality Control Act (Presidential Decree No. 16444 of June 30, 1999) takes into account amendments up to Presidential Decree No. 31472 of February 19, 2021.
The said amending Presidential Decree No. 31472 introduced amendments (entered into force on February 19, 2021) to paragraph 1 of Article 32 under Chapter VII of this consolidated Enforcement Decree.
