Year of Version 2017 Dates Published: February 28, 2017 Adopted: February 9, 2017 Promulgated: February 9, 2017 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Other, Patents (Inventions), Trademarks Notes The Sixth Final Provision of Law No. 3/2017 of February 9, 2017, on the Budget for the Financial Year 2017 contains, inter alia, the provisions relating to the changes to the Schedule of Fees for trademarks and patents, as indicated below: - The changes to the trademark fees of the Trademark Office, as provided in Article 9 under Chapter 3 of Law No. 31/2007 of December 20, 2007, Accompanying the Draft Budget Law for the Year 2008 Updating the Tax Rates for Various Taxes, which has amended the Law of May 11, 1995, on Trademarks and Law of October 5, 1995, on Fees of Trademark Office (see page 26 of the said Law No. 3/2007); and - The changes to the patent fees and other services provided by the Patent Office, as provided in Law No. 27/2014 of October 30, 2014, on Fees of the Patent Office (see page 27 of the said Law No. 3/2007). Law No. 3/2017 of February 9, 2017, on the Budget for the Financial Year 2017 entered into force on March 1, 2017, on the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Andorra; except for the Third Final Provision which entered into force June 1, 2017.
