For the amendments introduced by the said amending Law No. 138/2014, see Title II, Chapter II, Articles 12^1 to 12^3; and Title V, Article 74 of this consolidated Law No. 76/2012. Article 67 under Title IV of this consolidated version of Law No. 76/2012 introduced amendments to paragraph (4) and paragraph (5) of Article 23 of Law No. 350/2007 on Utility Models, regarding the appeal to the Budapest Tribunal and the Budapest Court of Appeal.
