This consolidated version of the Criminal Code takes into account amendments up to "Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 253-Z of November 11, 2019", which was published in the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on November 23, 2019, and entered into force on December 4, 2019.
The Special Part of the consolidated Code contains the provisions relating to infringement of copyright and related rights, patents and other industrial property rights (Article 201); and dissemination of false information about products and services (Article 250).
