This consolidated version of the Federal Criminal Code incorporates all the amendments up to the 'Decree on Amendments and Additions to a Number of Provisions of the Federal Criminal Code'' which was published in the Official Journal of the Federation on July 1, 2020, and entered into force on July 2, 2020.
The said amending Decree introduced amendments to the following provisions of Book Two of this consolidated Code:
- Title Five, Chapter I, Article 168 bis;
- Title Twenty-Six, Article 424 bis, 426, 427 bis, 427 ter, 427 quáter and 427 quinquies (relating to copypright).
Book Two of this consolidated text of the Federal Criminal Code provides for the disclosure of secrets of an industrial nature (Title Nine, Article 211) and criminal sanctions against copyright infringement (Title Twenty-Six, Articles 424-429).
