Year of Version 2014 Dates Amended up to: April 19, 2014 Entry into force: May 1, 1998 Adopted: February 12, 1997 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Enforcement of IP and Related Laws, Other Notes This consolidated version of Law No. 53-95 on the Establishment of Commercial Courts takes into account amendments up to Law No. 1-13 on the Order for Payment Procedure, which was published in the General Edition on March 20, 2014, and entered into force on April 19, 2014, in accordance with its Article 3. The said amending Law No. 1-13 repealed and replaced the provisions of Article 22 of this consolidated version of Law No. 53-95.
