This consolidated version of the Law on the Legal Protection of Topography of Semiconducting Products incorporates amendments made by the 'Law on Amendments of the Law on the Legal Protection of Topography of Semiconducting Products (Official Gazette Republic of Serbia No. 66/2019)', which entered into force on September 26, 2019, on the eighth day after the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia (September 18, 2019).
The said amending Law on the Amendments of the Law on the Legal Protection of Topography of Semiconducting Products (Official Gazette Republic of Serbia No. 66/2019) introduced the following amendments to this consolidated version of the Law on the Legal Protection of Topography of Semiconducting Products:
- Section II, Articles 3 & 7 (amended), Article 8 (paragraph 2 added);
- Section III, Article 9 (amended);
- Section V, Articles 18, 19, 21 & 25 (amended), Article 26 (paragraph 4 added), Article 27 (deleted), Article 27a (added);
- Section VI, Article 28 (paragraph 1 amended, paragraph 2 deleted);
- Section VIII, Article 32 (amended).
