Paragraph 9 of Article 1 of the said Law No. 240-VI of April 1, 2019 adds paragraphs 23-10) and 23.11) to Article 7 under Chapter 2 of this consolidated version.

This consolidated Law provides rights on creative activity in the field of culture (see Chapter 1, Article 1; Chapter 2, Article 7; Chapter 3, Article 10; Chapter 5, Articles 29-30; and Chapter 6, Articles 32-36).'
