This consolidated version of Law of Georgia No. 659 of April 17, 1996, on Medicines and Pharmaceutical Activities takes into account amendments up to 'Law No. 3402 of September 5, 2018, on Amendments to Law on Medicines and Pharmaceutical Activities' which was published in the Official Gazette on September 25, 2018, and entered into force on December 25, 2019, ninety days after its date of publication.
The said amending Law No. 3402 of September 5, 2018 introduced amendments to the following provisions of this consolidated version:
- Chapter I, Article 1^1, paragraph 1^1 (added), paragraph 3 (amended), paragraph 13^2 (added);
- Chapter III, Article 5^1 (added);
- Chapter IV, Article 11^7, paragraph 4^1 (added); Article 11^11, paragraph 1, subparagraph c (amended); paragraph 7 (amended), paragraph 19, subparagraphs d)& f) (amended), subparagraph g) (added); paragraphe 20, 'Notes' (added).
