Notes
This consolidated version of the Rules on Drafting, Filing and Examination of Applications for Official Registration of Computer Programs and Databases incorporates amendments introduced by Decision of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 555 of November 23, 2018, which was published in the Official Gazette on December 12, 2018, and entered into force 15 days after its publication.
The said Decision No. 555 introduces the following amendments to this consolidated version:
- Point 2, paragraph 11, the thirthteen sub-paragrah and the fifteen sub-paragraph (amended) under paragraph 11, ;
- Point 3, paragraph 14, the first sub-paragraph and the ninth paragraph (amended);
- Annex 1, paragraph 10.
The notification by Kyrgyzstan to the WTO under article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'The amendments are of more editorial nature. Its purpose is to bring the original regulation in compliance with certain resolutions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.'
