GEOGRAPHICAL INDICATIONS ACT 2014 (COMMENCEMENT) NOTIFICATION 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Geographical Indications Act 2014, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Geographical Indications Act 2014 (Commencement) Notification 2019.

2. The Geographical Indications Act 2014, except sections 4(6) to (9), 15, 16 and 55 to 76, comes into operation on 1 April 2019.
